Natural mussels from the Galician estuaries – harvested live and fresh, it is prepared in Rosa’s traditional pickle sauce, which is made entirely from fresh ingredients.

Keep in cool and dry place. Consume within 3 days upon opening.

Escabeche is the name for a number of dishes in Spanish, Portuguese, Filipino and Latin American cuisines, consisting of marinated seafood or meat, cooked in an acidic sauce (usually with vinegar), and colored with pimentón (Spanish paprika), citrus, and other spices.  

In both Spain and Latin America, many variations exist, including frying the main ingredient before marinating it.
