What is your returns policy for non-perishable products?

Rarethefoodco can only send orders to street addresses in Klang Valley Only or as designated by our delivery partners Lalamove

We are unable to ship to international addresses at this moment.

At the time of delivery, you will be required to validate the receipt of the products by providing your signature to the invoice and Delivery note.

By signing, you agree that you have inspected the packing of the products aand the product is not damaged. Should the quality and quantity of the product don't match the Delivery Order, and you may refuse to sign for the parcel and return the parcel.

If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, please inform us in advance of the planned receiving time. Should the order be unable to be delivered to you successfully, we will have to charge you for the 2nd or 3rd attampt and do not guarantee the integrity of the product as these are perisables. The order may be forfeited, and we will not refund you any amount that you have spent on your order.

We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We do not provide any special packaging at this moment.

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like us to deliver to multiple addresses, please place each order separately for each unique address.



Rarethefoodco delivery will only be limited to specific postcode and local delivery only.

Rarethefoodco charges a standard shipping and handling fee based on the location from us, this is predetermined by our delivery partners "Lalamove" or whoever other delivery partners that we appoint. You will be able to see the delivery charges upon checkout.

There will be STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for any shipping & handling charges.These conditions are subject to change by the management.

We strive to deliver your purchased products within the shortest time possible. All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are delivered by our designated driver on Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays.

There may be promotional offerings for free delivery from time to time, so please check in often. 


Confirmed orders will be shipped out from our Restaurant within 1 - 3 business day(s) if they are placed before 12:00 pm, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Aside from public holidays, orders placed on Saturday after 12:00 pm and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday and shipped out from our restaurant within 1 - 3 business day(s).

Delivery ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) for postcode area listed: 1 – 2 working days for your order to arrive.



During peak sale / promotional periods, our delivery may take slightly longer than the usual lead times due to surges in online order volumes. Peninsular Malaysia: Additional 2-3 working days for your order to arrive.

It is advised to place your order five (5) days in advance of festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and others.

For Preorder Items, Please Look to our website for the Scheduled Delivery Dates. All Preorder items would have a pre-determined quantity and we will not likely be able to accept orders past the pre-determined quantity.


  • All orders chosen to be delivered using the self-collection method will not be charged any shipping or handling fees.
  • The expected process time for all self-collection order will be within the range of 1 working days after the order has been placed successfully and payment has been confirmed.
  • When your order has successfully processed, you will be notified via email or sms or watsapp.
  • You are required to keep and to bring along your confirmation email when you want to collect the order at Rarethefoodco store. Both softcopy or a printed copy can be accepted for verification purposes.
  • In the event where the purchaser is not able to visit Rarethefoodco store to collect the order, then the purchaser can entrust family members or friends to collect the order, as long as the entrusted person can present the confirmation email to a Rarethefoodco team member at the premise.
  • The order should be collected within the stipulated delivery days. Should no one be available to collect the parcel, please contact our team to reschedule the collection date but we will again not guarantee the integrity of the product ordered due to the delay. Therefore, we will not refund you any amount that you have spent on your order.
